belaah Return and Refund Policy

At belaah, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Tags/Labels: All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must include a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).

❌ Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale/Clearance Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized/Customized Items: Products that have been personalized or custom-made.
  • Health/Hygiene Products: Items like [List examples, e.g., earrings, swimwear, intimate apparel, cosmetics, personal care goods] for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Gift Cards.

2. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at belaahdelhi@gmail.com within the 14-day return window. Please include your Order Number and the Reason for the Return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping instructions/address. [Note: If you offer prepaid shipping labels, state that here.]
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided.

Note on Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), belaah will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/fit), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If Rejected: We will contact you to explain the reason for the rejection (e.g., signs of use, missing tags) and discuss options for sending the item back to you.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the steps above to initiate a return. Once the original item is received and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [Your Customer Service Email Address] with photos of the damage.
